Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit aram.appliedai.club (the "site") or contact us, why we collect it, and your rights. The site is operated by Roulette Technologies Private Limited, a company registered in India, with its registered office at B-1204, Purva Westend, Kudlu Gate, Bangalore, Karnataka 560068 ("we", "us").
This policy covers the site and our business contacts only. If your company uses the aram service, how we process your company's data inside aram is set out in your agreement with us, including a data processing agreement. Under that agreement your company decides how its data is used, and we process it only on its instructions.
The short version
- The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
- The cost calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter in it is sent to us.
- We only get personal data from you if you email us.
- We never sell personal data, and we never use it to train AI models.
What we collect
When you email us
We receive your name, email address and whatever you write, which may include your company name, company size, country, role and the AI tools your company uses. We use this to reply, to judge whether aram fits your company, and to follow up on a conversation you started.
When you visit the site
We don't collect anything ourselves. As with any website, the services that deliver the site receive technical data from your browser, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and may keep short-lived server logs for security and reliability.
- Google Fonts delivers the typeface the site uses.
- jsDelivr delivers the open-source graphics library (Three.js) used for the animation at the top of the page.
These providers handle that data under their own privacy policies.
Why we're allowed to use it
We process personal data you send us to respond to your request and to take steps you ask for before any agreement. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you give consent by contacting us, and you can withdraw it at any time. For visitors in the EU or UK, our legal basis under the GDPR is our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our email provider and the hosting providers above, and only as much as they need. We may also disclose it if the law requires us to. We don't sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Where it's stored
Our service providers may store and process data outside India or outside your country. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses for data from the EU.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and notes from a conversation for as long as the conversation is active, and then for up to 24 months in case you get back in touch. If you become a customer, our agreement with your company sets the retention period instead. You can ask us to delete your data earlier.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it,
- correct, complete or update it,
- delete it,
- stop using it, or withdraw consent you gave,
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to.
EU and UK visitors can also object to processing, ask us to restrict it, and ask for a copy of their data in a portable format. Email and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or, in the EU or UK, to your local data protection authority.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
The site is meant for businesses. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version here with a new effective date. If a change significantly affects how we use your personal data, we'll tell you directly where we can.
