These terms apply to your use of aram.appliedai.club (the "site"), which is operated by Roulette Technologies Private Limited, a company registered in India, with its registered office at B-1204, Purva Westend, Kudlu Gate, Bangalore, Karnataka 560068 ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
These terms cover the website only. If your company uses the aram service, that use is governed by a separate written agreement between your company and us. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
What the site is for
The site describes aram and how to contact us. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell or a binding commitment. Features, models, integrations, regions and prices depend on the agreement we make with your company, and may change.
The cost calculator and examples
The cost calculator, product screens, figures and examples on the site are illustrations. They rely on stated assumptions and on model providers' published prices, which change often. They are estimates, not quotes, and not a guarantee of cost, savings or results for your company. Check them against your own usage before relying on them.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes. You must not:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it,
- disrupt the site or place an unreasonable load on it,
- copy the site's content for commercial use without our written permission,
- use the site to send spam or harmful code.
Our content and other companies' names
The site's text, design, graphics and code belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation. The aram name and logo are ours. Names of other companies and products, such as Anthropic, Claude, OpenAI, GPT, Google, Gemini, Mistral, Qwen, Llama, DeepSeek, Microsoft and Salesforce, are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to describe what aram works with, and their use doesn't mean those companies endorse us or are partners of ours.
Parts of aram are built on open-source software, which remains under its own licences.
Links to other sites
The site may link to websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, including that it's error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to ₹10,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the effective date shown at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bangalore, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site or these terms.
